This is USED (Pre-Owned) shaft that fits into the block to drive the distributor on all A+ motors.
All A+ engines were designed to use a distributor that mounted into the block with a simply clamp system. And as such also used a unique drive spindle that extends from the camshaft to the bottom of the distributor.
