Laygear for Austin America 4-synchro gearbox (which is also commonly found in the Mini). The part number for this gear is typically found stamped onto the gear cluster between 3rd and 4th gear. While these gears typically do not have the same 1st gear wear problems of the 3 syncho type, they do have a tendency to have the bearing surface deteriorate on the inside of the gear!
