Alex, Much as I'd love to find DAEK or a similar Mini, they have gotten way too pricey over here!??!  Instead, I recently picked up a 27 year old BMW Z3 Roadster with 36,000 miles on it for way less than a decent Mini.   Same colors as DAEK was; BRG with biscuit leather interior. 

Funnily enough I was talking to Mikey at the Stafford/Bingley show 10 days ago.

backstay. Click on Account, then forum settings. There is a check box you have to select for your email address to show to others.

Thanks Willie B.!  I tried the email address in his profile and it must be old, it bounced back undeliverable.  The email in my profile is also old, but it will still forward to my newer correct email.

Weird?  When I click on anyones name and view the profile, their email address is shown. When I click on mine it's missing?  but when I go to edit my profile, my email address and mobile number are both there?

backstay, if you click on hotelcalif's screen name it will open a box that has his email address in it. You must be logged on for that to work.

Yo! Hotel C, how are you?  I am alive and surviving, semi-retired, what's going on?  I don't visit here much, since trying to locate my old mini, DAEK last year which was an impossible mission. When that failed, I picked up a low mileage '97 Z3 for summer cruising.  A little bird said you were asking after me.  Probably easier to text me.  I will see if I can figure out how to send a message through here.  Cheers!!
