Installed one on my Mini a few years back, don't think they had been out that long.  No, not noisy!  From what I remember, not bad to fit.  Seems like a good quality part.

Thanks for educating me. I have not seen that nor have had any experience with that coupler. What issues are you having to seek out that part?

Not sure what part you are referring to. There is no quick release.

Can someone give me a review of the gear selector quick release on a rod change? Good? Bad? Noisy?
