The slave cylinder had aborted the push rod and piston . I removed the cylinder so there is no pressure on the fork. There was fluid in the cylinder. That did not let the clutch engage with the flywheel. That is as far as I got with the time I had.

The clutch arm is stuck in the "out" or "open" position, so it's closer to the inner wing than it should be. With your foot off the clutch, the clutch arm should be resting up against the little 14" stop bolt on the clutch cover "top hat"/  There is probably corrosion at the clevis pin where the steel pin goes through the aluminum top hat, or there's crud on the steel plunger that the arm end connects into and slides into and out of that top hat, or the slave cylinder is stuck out because of corrosion/crap that's underneath the little rubber cap. I'm going to put $ on the slave cylinder crap theory first because brake fluid and british rubber seals don't like one another sitting still for that long.

Lesser possibility is there is crud in your slave cylinder hose causing the same thing-- the arm is stuck in the open position.

spray some WD40 or penetrant down at the clevis pin and clutch plunger and then wack the clutch arm back in it's resting position with a rubber mallet or chunk of wood. That or dong that 2 or 3 times might be enough to free it up to work again.

Went to start my Mini truck after driving in the shed 2 years and no clutch, by that I mean engine turns over but when I put it in gear the gear box dose not engage. Could the clutch be engaged ?
