Correct ride height for 13" wheels?

There is not set amount, just a general or approximate amount. Every mini is different because cones sag or others using steel coil springs. What you don't want is the tire smashing into the front wing causing damage on full rebound. Depending on what suspension you are using, the clearance should be adjusted accordingly.

I don't think there actually is a "correct" ride height. As with everything in life the answer is..."it depends".
You can probably find a workshop manual that has the factory settings however, as you have pursued non standard suspension components, this is probably not the answer you want.
The only pro racer that I have the opportunity to chat to about setup had couple of rules. The back was higher than the front (he used up to 3" difference) and the front as low as possible BUT the outer end of the lower control arm had to be lower than the inner end. Those were the days when factory parts were mandatory (no adjustable lower arms etc). But then not all lower arms (and maybe their mounting points in the subframe) were equal ;)
I use the 2/4 finger rule but with 13" wheels you've probably lost the datum of the inner arch lip so maybe you use the "do not rub" rule and then make the back a bit higher...

I also have hi-los on my car (10' wheel) and that 'measure ratio' seems a bit high to me. I think I have about 3 fingers max all around.
Also, if you also installed new rubber cones, they will need to settle once the car is driven around,

Just installed Hi-Los and am setting up my ride height. I've looked at tons of Youtubes and forum posts but noone seems to give a clear answer on what the "ride height" is. I understand you want the rear 1" higher than fronts. I've seen a 2 finger, 3 finger, and 4 finger rule but that seems like a widely inaccurate approach to an important measurement. I was hoping to use center of wheel to to the center of the arch. Or center of arch to ground. Any help??? It's a 1995 Cooper
