A couple of thoughts to share when switching over to the 7.5in front disk brakes.

You should consider replacing the rear brake wheel cylinders with Cooper S sizing. I forget the size but that should be easy to sort out. This gives more balanced braking.

The 7.5in disks give a 1.0in wider track over all (0.5in per side) so your new wheels/tires will poke out further than they do now. Unless you have the later brake drums with the built in 0.5in spacer. If that is the case they will fit the same.

If you do not have the later drums with built in 0.5in spacer on the rear you should consider upgrading to them (along with longer studs) to keep the front and rear track close.

Hello, I have 10in revo mini lite wheels. My goal is to get the classic mini conversion kit drum to disc 's' 7.5 inch but I don't know if it would clear the calipars. M.M.'s help desk thought they probably would but suggested I ask here. I think its a non refundable kit so i'd like to be certain. So is anyone running the same wheels with the drum to disc conversion or have any words of wisdom? Thank you
