That's the way my factory Portuguese Moke is set up.

I have a 69 English Moke, it has a floor mount on the tunnel behind the front seats and the shoulder mount over the rear wheel.
PM me for image, (can't figure out how to post an image).

3 point belts will require a rollbar to mount to. Be cautious of how it installs above the gas tank and filler.

Portuguese Moke belts were 3 point retractable.
I don't see why you could not fit regular 90's Mini seat belts.

Looking for 3 point seatbelts for a 1972 Leyland Mini Moke that is retractable. Any ideas?
