Yes, it does sound like an LED bulb issue where the system is looking for standard bulbs...

I have the same issue - however, I did replace the fog lights with LED bulbs and assumed this was the cause of both the flickering and error codes - I live with it under the assumption that I caused it! I haven't attempted to reverse the the bulbs back to original, but I might just to see if the situation resolves itself.

Had a left front parking light out. After replacing both parking bulbs and the fog light bulbs, I get error messages on all 4 parts. The fog lights will only illuminate when I flip the switch on the console versus the daytime running feature. Also, the fog lamps now pulse on start. Any help would be appreciated.
