Martin is very good at what he does, but has never been brilliant with emails from what I've been told by folks trying to get hold of him.
Might be worth a phonecall.

I've not dealt with them, but they have this notice on their site:
**COVID - 19 - APRIL 2020
With the current situation in the world we are still working away to ensure we get your items out to you however we are limiting our time in our office. Local Post offices have been closed but Main are still open and only taking "Essential" items via the post. Please be aware that this might impact our postage time however we are working every way we can to ensure your item will still arrive to you. Just please expect a slight delay which is out of our control.
I'd not send them money until they show an all-clear.
