MINI does not offer replacement parts on the glove box for the gen1 models, except maybe the lock tumbler and key for some models. 

You might try a wrecking yard for a used part, or maybe ebay.

Hi there. I just bought a 2003 R53 Mini cooper S. I'm looking for one of those "half moon" shaped glove box handles, along with the latch, not the catch.

  Any ideas would be awesome.
