Also yes a lot of fun to drive. My old man put his Cooper S running gear into one and used to hoon around in it doing 100MPH on dirt. Thanks

Sounds like sound advice to me. I will look into the car capsule further. Thank you.

If your shed is weatherproof enough that you can run a heater in it on cold days, I'd look at a CarCapsule or equivalent storage bubble. This is assuming you don't drive your Mini frequently, as it takes 10-20 minutes each time to get it in and out of the capsule.

Such a capsule (in the UK, the equivalent is a "Carcoon") uses a fan to move air. This keeps it inflated and mitigates against humidity by keeping the air flowing and not letting the humidity accumulate and condense into moisture. This is the key item, differentiating it from a tent or storage bag. Also helps keep bugs and mice out.

Without a bag, it would probably be a good idea to keep at least some windows open. But then there's the possibility of insects, vermin, and other creatures getting in...

Fellas, I have been doing all I can to protect my classic Mini. All I had initially was a high quality car cover. After 3 of those, I decided he needed a proper roof over his head, or I'd have to consider letting him go to a better place. So a shed large enough to house the little guy was constructed. I have a small portable heater for the cold days, a dehumidifier for those soggy Virginia days, and I keep fresh moisture traps inside the car. My question is, would it be better to have windows rolled down, or up? I also have the top surfaces covered with Harbor Freight moving blankets. Also, the shed has a roof vent almost as long as the roof. Up or Down? Does it really matter? Or is there something else I can do to keep little guy dry? As always, I appreciate your advice. Thanks
