So while you install the led headlights into the car with pulse power supplied device, the led headlight bulbs will keep flashing or flash and then lights off. In this situation, decoder will be a large capacitance and store up the electric on it and keep supply to the led headlights bulb current constantly.

Thanks for the replies but found the resistors work perfectly for any LED that might be used in some vehicles as the computer is checking for resistance in the circuits. There are DOT approved LED's available.

Not aware of any CANbus decoder that might fix the fickering issue with your LED bulbs....

2010 Mini Cooper standard coupe. Have tried different LED H13-9008 bulbs with flickering and hi/lo beam problems. Used a decoder but still have flickering on startup with lights off and occasional flickering to high beams with lights on, then warning symbol with sound that clears after shutdown. Is there a known LED canbus decoder that will actually works for LED headlights for this Mini?
