I have ordered the rest (the other 3) to put them on the rest of the wheels. One problem, my car currently is sitting idle and being put back together. So, any ideas about how the handle will need to wait til later....unless someone local would want to check them out.

I bought some new 10X6 JBW whells and was looking for something to fit them. Didn't want to put some 165 tire on them and thought there could be something out there better. Read the golf cart tire stories and kept looking. Finally I went to my friend that owns a tire place (Five Points Tire Imports in Redwood City). I have been doing business with him/them fo over 30 years. He has cut tread in slick racing tires and also shaves them. Mounts everything for race cars to Ferraris to ATVs to tractors. So I put it to him, to find something that might work on my new wheels. He told me about a new tire company NANCO that is making tires for commercial trucks as well as trailers and even golf carts. I told him about the golf cart tire stories and he showed me the literature on the tire. So...we/I ordered one just to see it AND....:

It is 205/50/10

Has directional tread just like a high performance tire.

Nice stuff sidewalls

And get this IT's DOT (DOT 5YDFF) rated

It was really tight to get on my wheel and Mark's guy knew just how to work it on without destroying the bead.

I know, I know it's sold as a golf cart tire but it looks like it has great potential. Here are some pictures. Oh by the way if your interested in them, you can call Mark at Five Points Tire Imports in Redwood City, California 650-365-0280. He is a great guy.
